Job Summary:
- Good hands-on with Oracle Database Administration and little exposure to Exadata will be an added advantage.
- Good in optimizing Oracle databases and Exadata Infrastructure for peak performance.
- Adept at implementing robust security measures to safeguard data integrity.
- Proficient in identifying and resolving complex issues to ensure seamless database operation.
- Good with designing and implementing effective backup and recovery strategies.
- Demonstrated commitment to staying updated with the latest technologies and industry best practices.
- Possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing database-related challenges.
- Good written and verbal communication along with logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Good hands-on experience with ITSM Tools.
- Provide good customer service involves attentiveness, empathy, and timely resolution to ensure a positive experience for our customers.
- Possess knowledge on ITIL concepts.
- Knowledge on Agile methodologies will be an added advantage.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
Must have skills
Oracle 12c – 19c Database Administration, SQL, Scripting, Performance Monitoring / Tuning, Backup & Recovery, Upgradation, Migration & Patching.
Good to have skills
Exadata 7 & above and Oracle Exadata Cloud @ Customer.
