About the Role

Join our firmware engineering team and help build the core technology powering our next-generation smart appliances. You will work on developing firmware for Wi-Fi and BLE enabled devices, optimizing for low power consumption, and ensuring security and reliability through OTA updates and advanced debugging.

What You Will Do:

• Develop and optimize firmware for smart appliances using wireless protocols like Wi-Fi and BLE.
• Implement and maintain hardware communication protocols such as UART, I2C, SPI.
• Develop and maintain secure OTA update systems and implement firmware security best practices.
• Work with RTOS (preferably FreeRTOS) to meet real-time constraints and optimize concurrency handling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, hardware, software, and manufacturing for end-to-end product development.
• Optimize startup scripts, linker files, bootloaders, and memory usage to improve system efficiency.

You Are a Good Fit If You Have:

• 0 to 1 year of experience in embedded firmware development, preferably in IoT smart appliances or wearable devices.
• Experience with ESP32 or similar Wi-Fi/BLE-enabled MCUs, OTA support, and secure boot.
• Practical experience with sensor integration and calibration (e.g., TDS, flow, hall, temperature, humidity, capacitive touch) for smart products such as smart locks, RO purifiers, and other connected devices.
• Strong programming skills in C/C++ and familiarity with assembly language for low-level hardware interfacing.
• Expertise with debugging and analysis tools (JTAG, SWD, logic analyzers) and performing root-cause analysis in real-time systems.
• In-depth understanding of concurrency handling: semaphores, inter-process communication, deadlocks, and multi-core synchronization.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
