– Understanding of Test design and Execution concepts
– Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
– Proven experience in creating tests scenarios and test cases for web applications (API and UI)
– Awareness of Defect life cycle
– Awareness of Basic Database concepts and SQL queries
– Basic knowledge of Automation – Good to have.
– A team player, Get-it-done attitude and a quick learner
Desired Skills
- Understanding of testing life cycle, defect life cycle in SCRUM (Agile) world
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, developing and maintaining test cases, both UI and API tests
- Develop and improve testing infrastructure and processes to improve overall quality of the testing deliverables.
- Working closely with the development and product teams
- Participate scrum ceremonies including planning, grooming, demo and retro
Skills
- Test case design, Traceability Metrix
- Database Design, Quality Assurance, Defects reporting
