Job Description:
L1/L2 ISRAEL ONPREMISE NETWORK & SECURITY INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES OPERATIONS
Incident/Change management and Service requests for all Infrastructure devices listed in the above inventory.
Vendor co-ordination for any Break-fix support and getting the RCA
Standard Changes as per SOP.
Scheduled backup checks and reporting (Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Adhoc)
Notify the Change management team on the vendor, Service provider and facility maintenance through external CRQs.
Notify Service providers during facility maintenance to take care of their mux/equipment.
Take configuration and show tech backups before planned maintenance.
Verify end-to-end configurations and end-user services post the external maintenance.
Initiate RMA, coordinate with vendor and send back faulty RMA timely.
Comprehensive, Expedited, Emergency Changes, Incident, request and High and Low Severity outages.
Planning & Scheduling patch, software & Hardware upgrade in alignment with L3 during outages, Critical incidents.
Commission and decommission network/security devices.
Provide best practices and approaches for in-scope devices.
On Real DR situations.
Responsible for Support on Internal and external Audits.
Annual Reload of Network devices.
Annual Failover test of Critical ENSS services and documentation.
