Job Description
National Apprenticeship Training Scheme is one of the flagship programmes of Government of India for Skilling Indian Youth in Trade disciplines. The National Apprenticeship Training Scheme under the provisions of the Apprentices Act, 1961 amended in 1973; Volvo Group offers Graduate,a practical, hands-on On-the-Job-Training (OJT) based skilling opportunities with duration of 1 year.
Role 1 : Devloper
Eligibility Criteria
• Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Computer science /electrical/ Electronics / Engineering.
• Year of Graduation: 2024, 2025 or 26
• Program: National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS)
Key Skills & Knowledge Areas:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science /electrical/ Electronics / Engineering.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as C or Model based development.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with hardware/software interfaces.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Knowledge of Automotive SW development is an advantage
Role 2 :
At GTT, we emphasize collaboration and continuous learning, aiming to support your professional development and provide you with valuable exposure to the manufacturing industry. You will report directly to the CampX India Lead.
Required:
• Qualification: BE/B.Tech fresher in Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
• Academic Criteria: Minimum 65% aggregate with no active backlogs
• Skills & Interests: Passion for R&D, innovation, and emerging technologies
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Presentation & Documentation: Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and report writing is a plus
