Position Responsibilities:
· Provide support to Business requestors to complete the end-to-end PO request
· Provide customized support to assist with deadlines and drive reduction of completion times
· Creation, Modification and closure of Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders in SAP/SAP Ariba
· Monitoring team Mailbox to provide timely response
· Timely follow up and support for request throughout the process
· Respond to customer and internal stakeholder inquiries about PO requests status, changes.
· Identify automation/ improvement opportunities and work at innovating the process
Position Requirements:
Minimum qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
· 0-2 years of work experience in Procure to Pay operations
· Exposure to SAP, Ariba and Coupa would be ideal.
· Proficient in Excel
