Job Description:
We are looking for passionate fresher engineers from Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines who aspire to build their careers in modern software engineering.
As an Associate Software Engineer, you will be part of agile teams working on cloud-native projects and contributing to the design, coding, testing, and deployment of scalable enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Java-based and UI (Frontend) applications.
- Build and enhance cloud-native microservices and APIs.
- Possess flexibility to learn and work on all emerging latest technologies including cloudOps, devOps concepts like writing IaC code, work with AI tools along with development skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following Xoriant’s engineering standards.
- Participate in technical discussions, unit testing, and technical documentation.
- The role, technology may change with the business requirement.
- Stay updated on emerging tools, technologies, and best practices.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Proficiency in Core Java, OOPs concepts, and Data Structures.
- Basic understanding of UI technologies – HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React/Angular preferred).
- Knowledge of Databases (SQL or noSQL) and basic Cloud concepts (AWS / Azure / GCP).
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- A positive attitude, curiosity to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Education Qualification:
- B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA – specialization in Computer Science, Information Technology, or aligned branches.
- Batch: 2025 pass-outs preferred.
Work Location & Mode:
- Selected candidates must work from Xoriant’s Pune (Baner) office, 5 days a week.
- Candidates should be willing to relocate to Pune.
