The customer is seeking a Contract Employees to build software products in the area of Telecom Service Assurance domain. The Candidate will be responsible for developing high quality Network Resource Adapters in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Engineer will be responsible for design, development and unit testing of Assurance Resource Adapters for Networks including IP/MPLS, Optical networks, Telco cloud etc. You will get an opportunity to innovate and influence new technologies that shape the future of Next Generation OSS platforms.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and update Resource Adapters(RA) in the areas of Telecom OSS FM, PM, Inventory domains along with Unit Testing.
- RA design & development for different Network Element types; Ensuring conceptual integrity; Reviewing all designs; Evolves design and maintenance guidelines/standards; Ensures standardization to existing tools ; evaluating new features; Ensuring usability of the system.
- Preparation of RA Development Plan.
- Preparation of RA requirement/Design documents.
- Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
- Develop & deliver strategic RAs with advanced networking capabilities.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s of Technology in IT/Computer Science Engineering, having 75%(or equivalent to GPA) of marks across all the academics
- XML, Core Java
Skills Required:
- SNMP or Netconf Management protocols
- Version Control(GIT)
- Scripting language such as perl/python/shell in linux-based environment
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Telecom Domain will be preferable
Selection Process:
- Online Assessment test followed by Technical discussion and HR Interview.
