Eligibility Criteria:
- Up to 1 year of experience working on Project or Program management, Project coordination space. (Experience not mandatory)
- Graduates in the final year / semester
- Quick learner – ability to grasp workflows, processes, product know-how, tools
- Ability to work on agile project management tools like Atlassian, JIRA etc.
- Ability to chase tasks, deliverables to closure
- Raise risks on potential delay with schedule, scope creep
- Ability to manage sprint artefacts (example: ensuring JIRA board is duly updated, share sprint completion reports, sprint release)
- Good communication skills, Ability to converse and convey to multiple stakeholders, Good email etiquette, Good Virtual / Video conferencing / Slack etiquette
Job Description:
- You will assist program manager(s) within the PMO team in coordination of project planning by means of sprint and release planning ceremonies, resource allocation, capturing risks and issues.
- You will work alongside and support PMO in governance activities (daily, weekly, monthly) including daily scrum (a.k.a stand-ups), Dependency tracking, prioritising, scheduling sprint cadence, product backlog grooming.
- You will work with multiple teams like Product management, Engineering, Quality assurance, Infrastructure (DevOps), Information security, Technical writer, Legal.
- You will Generate reports to project teams giving visibility of team progress, effectiveness areas of improvement.
- You will take ownership of small project deliveries applying appropriate project control techniques, Change management, active involvement in assisting project teams resolve impediments and blockers.
- You will be sharing your ideas and proposals for process improvement.
