We are looking for a hands-on Software Debug Engineer who is passionate about troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving production issues across multiple layers – infrastructure, deployment pipelines, application and runtime environments. The ideal candidate who thrives in fast-paced environments, has strong analytical skills, and collaborates closely with development and operations teams to ensure system reliability and performance.
What we’re looking for:
1. Should be willing to learn and understand the architecture and working of components and services
2. Should have good debugging skills (assist during/handle production issues). Knowledge of code is a big plus.
3. Must have the ability to communicate clearly and co-ordinate/engage with stake holders.
4. Must be ready to work in shifts
5. Having good communication and writing skills have an edge. This is not necessarily a mandatory requirement for recruitment though
