Job Title : Support Analyst

Job Location : Hyderabad

Salary : ~5 LPA

Experience : Freshers/0-3 Year

Qualification : BE/B.Tech/BSC/BCA/MCA or Any Graduate

Job Description :

• Must be willing to work in late night/early morning shifts as per IST to fulfill the project requirement
• Should be willing to work in 24×7 rotational shifts
• This position requires continuous client interaction, hence the candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• International Technical Support experience (B2B preferred)
• Knowledge of issue prioritization, High priority issue handling experience
• Participation in bridge calls
• Experience in Command Center/NOC or infrastructure alert handling preferred
• Report generation from the tools
• Collaborate effectively across functional teams on a global scale
• Action-oriented with strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Analytic insight to identify and solve client’s business and technology problems

Responsibilities include

• Acknowledge and investigate application/infrastructure related alerts
• Engage the on call team/person for those alerts which are to be taken care by other team
• Very quick response and action
