- Troubleshoot network issues of enterprise customers (US/CAN region) Effective engagement with customer (written & verbal) & ensure Customer Satisfaction Technical Support, Customer Handling
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience of 1 month is required
- CCNA/CCNP Good Excellent Written and verbal Communication, International Customer Handling skills.
- Experience in handling international customers Presentation Skills, Strong interpersonal skills & teamwork
