Job Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems
- Comply with project plans and industry standards
- Ensure software is updated with latest features
- Support applications in production environment
- Initial trouble shooting and escalating to next level with all error log details
- Service requests like application restarts, application troubleshooting
- Daily BAU tasks as well
- Queries related to operational workflow
- Actively participate during release management and deployment
Qualifications and Skills:

- Basic knowledge of coding in JAVA or .Net
- Knowledge of any scripting language like Python, JavaScript etc.
